How To Use

1. After cleansing, apply a generous amount of moisturiser to the metal rolling balls and select a mode and strength. It’s best to start with level 1 when you first use the product and gradually increase the strength as you become more comfortable.

2. Place the device on the area you want to target and glide it gently over the target area, working from bottom to top using upward motions. Use it in the following order: chin, smile lines, cheeks, eye area, temples, and forehead. Avoid using the device near the eyes or the Adam's apple.

3. After using the device for 10 minutes, turn it off and allow the moisturiser to absorb into your skin. If your skin feels dry and dehydrated, you can apply additional layers of moisturising products.

Cautions before use

• Avoid using around the eyes or around the Adam's apple.
• Avoid using on the armpits and the chest area.
• Before use, it is recommended to remove all metal accessories and jewellery.
• Test Before Use. Before use, apply the gel and test the device on the palm of your hand (by placing both the roller heads on the spots). Start the device from the lowest setting

FAQs

How often should I use the device?

For best results, use it every day for up to 10 minutes. Avoid using it for longer, as it may irritate your skin. Everyone may feel different sensations, so please adjust the usage time based on your comfort.

How much moisturiser do I need to apply to the device?

It's recommended to apply a generous layer of gel to the desired area, as well as a small amount on the roller heads of the device. If you don't feel any stimulation, try using more gel. If you find the strength of the device to be too weak or too strong, adjust the amount of gel you are using.

How can I clean the device after use?

Can I use the device during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

You can use it while breastfeeding, but we do not advise the use if pregnant. If you are currently pregnant, please wait at least one month after giving birth to start using it again.

How do I charge the device?

Charge the device using the included USB-C charger before using it for the first time and whenever the battery is low. The battery level will be shown on the LED Indicator in white during charging. The device cannot be used while it is charging.

Is it normal to feel tooth pain when I use it near my nose and mouth?

When using the device around your mouth, you might experience a chilly and tingling sensation in your teeth. Similarly, when used near your forehead, you may feel this sensation on your scalp. These feelings are normal and often occur during treatments at dermatology clinics. The tingling is temporary and typically goes away within about 10 minutes.
