How often should I use the product?

We recommend using it 1-2 times a week, then taking a break for 3-4 days.

I smell burning when it comes into contact with my skin.

On your first use, it is normal to notice a burning smell, which is caused by the removal of any fine hair on your skin. This burning smell is temporary and will dissipate during or after usage.
