How To Use

1. After cleansing, let your skin dry completely. 

2. To turn on the device, press and hold the button for more than two seconds. To change the strength level, briefly press the same button.

3. Use the device on your skin by moving from the inside of your face outward, and also along your neck. For optimal effectiveness, keep the device head approximately 0.08 inches away from your skin's surface. Avoid placing the device directly on your skin. Keep it slightly away.

4. After using the device for five minutes, follow up with your usual skincare routine.

How often should I use the product?

It is recommended to use it 1-2 times a week and then take a break for 3-4 days.

I smell burning when it comes into contact with my skin.

On your first use, it is normal to notice a burning smell, which is caused by the removal of any fine hair on your skin. This burning smell is temporary and will dissipate during or after the usage.

When I apply it around my nose or lips, the sensation is more intense.

The skin around the nose and lips is thinner, which can make electrical stimulation feel stronger in these areas. Please start at level 1 for these areas, and use the tapping method for the nose and mouth area.

Do I need a recovery period after use?

The device does not cause direct scars on your face, so there is no separate recovery period. Any residual stimulation may last for one to two days, and it will disappear on its own.

Can I use it on areas with acne?

Yes, you can use the device in those areas. However, if you plan to use it for five minutes or more, it's recommended to use the tapping method for shorter application times. After your skincare routine, treat that area with spot patches.

Can I use exfoliating products after using the device?

Yes, but if your skin feels extremely sensitive, it's best to avoid exfoliants until it has calmed down.

How do I charge the device?

Charge the device using the included USB-C charger before using it for the first time and whenever the battery is low. The battery level will be shown on the LED Indicator in white during charging. The device cannot be used while it is charging.
