EPII HPT6 Ultra Cream 10% (50ml)

A lovely duo of products that works nicely together, but the star of the show is definitely the cream. Absolutely love the rich, creamy formula that makes my face feel moisturised. I haven’t seen any visible improvements yet, but also been using it for a short period of time, so can’t wait to see more results with prolonged use.

I love the Epii range and these two pack a punch in terms of skin turnover. And barrier protection I am 49 with normal to dry skin and have used the Epii blue and pink creams for a little while. The 10% serum is really effective and absorbs easily in to the skin. I have the 10% and can feel a slight tingle which is cooled with the cream to lock it in. The cream is thicker and very hydrating. So far I am very impressed with them.

I’ve really been enjoying using this duo! Both products leave my skin feeling beautifully hydrated, plump and nourished.

The Ultra Drops have a lovely texture that absorbs effortlessly into my skin, while the Ultra Cream is noticeably richer and really helps to lock everything in. I personally prefer using them together in the evening, as they leave my skin feeling soft and moisturised.

I was particularly drawn to the formulation, especially the 10% HPT and Matrixyl Synthe’6, which are interesting ingredients for targeting the appearance of fine lines and supporting skin firmness. I also love that the products contain ingredients such as panthenol and ectoin to help support hydration and the skin barrier.

It’s still early days, so I can’t comment on the longer-term anti-ageing benefits just yet, but I’ve definitely noticed how much plumper and more hydrated my skin feels. A lovely pairing, especially if you enjoy richer evening skincare!

Really bouncy moisturiser that is deeply hydrating and non-greasy. I've been using this for a week and my skin feels really nourished and supported from the inside out.

Easy lightweight serum that has no fragrance, absorbs fast and doesn't interfere with my current products. Love the premium style packaging and excited to see what results look like in a couple weeks!

I’ve been using the HPT6 Ultra Drop and Ultra Cream together, morning and night, for roughly three weeks. My skin is maturing, so I wanted something that would hydrate and improve texture without feeling heavy as I still get oily areas.

So far I’m impressed with the softness and overall quality of my skin. It feels more hydrated, the texture has improved, and my skin looks smoother and feels more comfortable through the day. The serum and cream work well as a pair, and I’ve been using them as a full routine.
The packaging is really nice and feels premium. I barely notice any scent, which I prefer to heavily fragranced products.

It’s still early, so I can’t say yet whether there will be longer-term improvements. I’ll need to keep using it to find out, and I’m happy to update this review. For now, it’s a hydrating, texture-improving routine that I’d recommend to others with maturing skin.

Absolutely love it. I’m not sure if I’m imagining but I feel like my skin became more dense. Use that set also day after Microneedling and experience zero irritation or any reaction. Definitely will buy it again.

The difference was visable from the first use. Genuinely my skin is so much smoother already after 2 weeks use and I am converted. The packaging is beautiful and the product itself is incredible. It feels amazing on my skin and my fine lines are less noticeable and I have noticed a real difference in the firmness. I take it down onto my neck as well and the necklace lines I had are reduced. The texture of my skin is so much smoother and brighter. Definitely well worth the price point, it does what it says and the difference is truly noticeable. Can't wait to try the other epii products next

I love the drop cream - it’s so lovely I use day and night. The thicker cream though leaves a film on my skin that didn’t feel very nice and was sticky on my pillow.

The texture strikes such a lovely balance—somewhere between a gel and a rich cream, without being too gel-like or too heavy. It sinks in beautifully and leaves my face incredibly soft, with no greasy feeling.

Tried for just over a week but as the cream is so rich it didn't agree with my skin, I prefer to build up moisture with layers. If your skin likes heavy creams its ok but I do feel it is expensive and can get good results for less money with other products.

I absolutely love this duo! I have acne-prone skin and use prescription tretinoin, so finding products that provide enough hydration without feeling heavy or clogging my pores can be a challenge.
Since introducing these products into my routine, my skin feels incredibly soft, smooth and well-hydrated. What impresses me most is how comfortable my skin feels, even while using tretinoin. No uncomfortable tightness or dryness, just lovely, supple skin.
The products work beautifully together, and I genuinely look forward to using them. If you're struggling to keep your skin hydrated while using strong acne treatments, I would definitely recommend giving this duo a try. It's become one of my favourite skincare discoveries!

Nice cream soaks in really well think it’s best to start of with the one that suits you first I have only tried this for 2 weeks and my skin felt hydrating and soft but couldn’t see any difference on the wrinkles so think it’s for younger skin I will keep on this till it’s finished and then start the 10/ one

I really, really love the finish of this serum and cream. It gives a really 'glass skin' hydration to the skin but unfortuantely for me, I am very prone to melia bumps if anything is a little too rich and the moisturiser gave me these bumps.

I will definitely use on occasion because it is a beautiful product but unfortuantely i cannot use it consistently.

I’ve tried the cream together with the 10% serum for a week. Both were pleasant to use, absorbed quickly and didn’t feel greasy. The hydration was really good, especially as I use tretinoids and often struggle with dry skin. I applied both in the evening and my skin was still well hydrated the following day, which made applying makeup easier. I suffer from cystic acne and didn’t experience any breakouts. I tried the cream alone once, but found it less effective than when combined with the serum. It feels a bit expensive for a moisturising cream, but it did a really good job at keeping my skin hydrated.

I have been using this for a fortnight. For a person in their 40’s this set is perfect. My skin looks glowing. One brilliant thing for me is this does not contain any niacinamide so it’s ideal for my sensitive skin (and hormonal redness!) Not one reaction so far (not even after a microdermabrasion treatment). I think the price is reasonable based on the results and honestly I think there are creams out there that charge a lot more for the same results so if you spend a lot on anti aging creams I would 100% say to try this instead of a more expensive one. I can only use it at night as the cream is so rich or weekends when i am not using foundation and letting my skin breathe! I will repurchase.

This is super thick and nourishing on my skin. It’s definitely better in the evening and great for the cold weather. I found it a bit too thick for day time use especially as I have oily skin. Despite this I think it’s a great evening moisturizer!

Loving this product so far. It’s super nourishing on my skin and hasn’t broken me out thankfully. It’s also fragrance free and light on my skin, which is great for my sensitive skin. My skin looks so glassy after I put it on. I was skeptical at first but has exceeded my expectations. Would recommend and repurchase.
