Hydrating and lightweight, it’s packed with sustainable ingredients that don’t just moisturise, but also even the skin tone, minimise hyperpigmentation, and protect your skin barrier.
5% Niacinamide and Ascorbic Acid help to reveal your glow – the first is a highly stable and multitasking vitamin that fades dark spots, helps inhibit new pigmentation from forming, reduces skin sensitivity (minimising redness and irritation), and helps to form new, healthy skin cells, while the second is the purest form of Vitamin C, and works to brighten your skin tone, smooth out fine lines, and firm up sagging areas by accelerating skin cell turnover and kicking the skin’s own natural collagen production into high gear.
But the formula doesn’t skimp on hydration or moisture, either. 2% ECOCERT- and USDA-certified Squalane derived from sugarcane mimics the structure of the skin’s natural oils to optimise skin sebum levels, keeping skin soft and supple without overburdening it with oils, while “moisture magnets” Panthenol and COSMOS-certified Xylitol attract moisture into the skin and keep it there, strengthening the skin’s natural moisture barrier and ensuring your complexion stays cool, calm, and hydrated.
Despite its potent brightening properties, this cream is also suitable for sensitive skin, thanks to 3.8% Centella Asiatica Leaf Water, which calms redness and keeps the skin barrier strong to minimise external irritation, and Madecassoside, an active compound derived from Centella Asiatica that also reduces redness, as well as minimising the activity of cytokines in the skin to inhibit wrinkle formation.
